In this study, six patients of extrapulmonary tuberculosis with problematic differential diagnosis are presented. The cases were evaluated with respect to underlying diseases, exposure to tuberculosis, time from onset of symptoms to eventual diagnosis and differential diagnostic procedures. In Turkey, tuberculosis should always be considered in the differential diagnosis of noninfectious conditions.
